Colliers International in the UK is seeking a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor for our Birmingham or Leeds office to lead our Professional Services team, delivering landlord and tenant advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears, support acquisition and disposal work under RICS standards, mentor junior surveyors, and build strong client relationships across Midlands and the North.
