Due to continued growth within our Project & Building Consultancy team, we are seeking a Newly Chartered (MRICS) Project Manager to join our London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who has recently achieved Chartered status and is looking to develop their career on a diverse and high-profile portfolio of projects.
Working alongside experienced directors and senior project managers, you will play a key role in delivering projects across a range of sectors, including commercial offices, industrial and logistics, retail, life sciences, mixed-use developments and occupier-led programmes., As a Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.,
- Managing projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
- Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
- Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
- Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
- Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.

You will have
- MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within the last 12 months).
- Experience within a consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to continuously learn and develop.
