Overview

In this role you will manage accurate transactional delivery across the employee lifecycle and provide first-line support for People operations. You work within defined processes to maintain data, prepare standard documents, and handle routine payroll and benefits activities. You will support various People Operations workstreams while escalating complex issues to specialists. This position focuses on data integrity, compliant processes, and delivering a helpful, employee-focused service. Your contribution helps sustain smooth HR operations in a large, service-oriented real estate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process standard lifecycle transactions (new starters, leavers, promotions, contractual changes, leaves, absences, benefits updates) onboarding and maintenance
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and case records; identify and escalate unusual data or unclear items
  • Provide first-line employee and manager support using approved policies and self-service guidance
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee data across systems and records; perform routine data validation and audits
  • Prepare standard employment documents and correspondence using approved templates; ensure approvals
  • Process routine payroll and benefits changes; support enrollments and scheme administration
  • Escalate complex or risky payroll issues; follow controls and approvals
  • Support compliance, audits, and system testing; assist process improvements and projects

Key requirements

  • Previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration or HR Shared Services
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle administration and customer-focused service
  • Experience using HRIS, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, and ticketing/case management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet service levels
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable handling confidential information
