We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function. This is a key role providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR documentation including but not limited to; Changes to Terms and Conditions letters, Contracts of Employment, salary review letters, promotion letters.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting payroll processes by managing starters, leavers, and changes.
- Assisting with absence management and HR reporting.
- Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support in our HR inbox.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Qualifications
- This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or office-based role
