Role Purpose
To support the delivery and ongoing optimisation of Colliers' enterprise data management initiatives by analysing data, identifying quality issues, supporting stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across data processes and governance activities.
The role will work across business and technology teams, supporting the translation of business requirements into practical data solutions and helping to promote good data management practices across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Analysis
- Analyse and validate data from multiple sources to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and trends.
- Support the investigation of recurring data issues and help identify practical solutions
- Support data cleansing, validation and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Produce analysis and reporting to support operational and project requirements.
- Data Governance & Management
- Support the maintenance and governance of enterprise reference and master data.
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of data governance standards and processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise data management practices across EMEA.
- Support the management of data-related documentation, controls and procedures.
- Stakeholder Support & Engagement
- Build effective relationships with business stakeholders, data stewards, project teams and technology colleagues.
- Provide support and guidance to users on data-related processes and governance requirements.
- Assist with stakeholder training, communications and adoption activities.
- Help respond to data-related queries and support requests
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, controls and business processes.
- Work with technology and business teams to implement agreed improvements.
- Support issue resolution and root-cause analysis activities.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance data management across the organisation.
- Project Support
- Support enterprise data and transformation projects across EMEA.
- Assist with onboarding new countries, systems and business processes into data governance frameworks.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, Finance, Mathematics, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, business processes or technology.
