The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on a wide range of financing mandates, supporting clients ranging from private investors and developers through to institutional funds and corporate occupiers.,

  • Support the execution of debt advisory transactions across a range of real estate sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of lending proposals, information memoranda and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and cashflow analyses.
  • Undertake debt market research and lender analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financing strategies and funding recommendations.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with lenders, valuers, lawyers and other advisors.
  • Analyse investment, development and operational real estate opportunities.
  • Support client meetings, lender discussions and transaction execution.
  • Maintain market intelligence on lending terms, structures and capital market trends.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
  • Degree educated in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification completed or nearing completion (preferred for audit candidates).
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate finance and capital markets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
