The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on a wide range of financing mandates, supporting clients ranging from private investors and developers through to institutional funds and corporate occupiers.,
- Support the execution of debt advisory transactions across a range of real estate sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of lending proposals, information memoranda and client presentations.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and cashflow analyses.
- Undertake debt market research and lender analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financing strategies and funding recommendations.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with lenders, valuers, lawyers and other advisors.
- Analyse investment, development and operational real estate opportunities.
- Support client meetings, lender discussions and transaction execution.
- Maintain market intelligence on lending terms, structures and capital market trends.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Degree educated in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification completed or nearing completion (preferred for audit candidates).
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate finance and capital markets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
- Willingness to learn.
