Based in our Birmingham or Leeds office, the Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, Professional Services, will play a key leadership role within our specialist property consultancy team, delivering expert landlord and tenant advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio. The role will involve acting for landlords, tenants, investors, and occupiers on a range of professional surveying matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring, and strategic asset management advice. In addition, from time to time the candidate will be expected to under Valuations, albeit this will be in a supporting role and ancillary to the Landlord.
