We are continuing to build our Flexible & Managed Workspace capability within the London Offices division and are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join the team.

With over 350,000 sq ft of prime flexible and managed workspace currently under active marketing, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and highly visible specialism. You will advise some of the UK’s leading landlords while working closely with flexible office operators to deliver best‑in‑class leasing and advisory solutions across Central London commercial offices.

The role is flexible on level, dependent on experience, and suitable for candidates operating at Surveyor / Senior level.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leasing flexible and managed workspace across Central London on behalf of landlord-owned and operated assets
  • Advising on hybrid office strategies, covering CAT A+, fitted, flex and managed workspace
  • Navigating the increasing overlap between conventional and flexible office requirements, with a strong understanding of commercial, operational and leasing dynamics
  • Identifying and engaging occupiers through:
    • Occupier advisory agents and the Colliers global network
    • Direct enquiries and marketing platforms
    • Flexible office brokers, platforms and operator-led channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with:
    • Landlords and asset managers
    • Occupier advisers and broker networks
    • Flexible workspace operators
  • Owning and contributing to marketing collateral and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Supporting innovative marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns and social media activity
  • Assisting with new business development opportunities with landlords and operators
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and evolving occupier requirements to inform strategy and advice
Experience:
  • Leasing commercial office space, with exposure to flexible or managed workspace
  • Background in agency disposals / leasing, or sales or leasing within a flexible office operator environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Confidence advising and transacting with clients at varying seniority levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help grow a developing business line
  • Knowledge of the London commercial office market
