Colliers is seeking a motivated and recently MRICS Chartered Project Manager to join our London-based Project & Building Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual at the early stages of their post-Chartership career to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial office, occupier fit-out, residential, and mixed-use developments.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. This role offers strong career development within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of multiple projects across fit-out, refurbishment, and new build sectors
  • Support project lifecycle activities, including feasibility, design, procurement, and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Support senior team members in managing key client accounts
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and best practice
Skills & Experience
  • Recently Chartered (MRICS) in Project Management / Construction-related discipline
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Building Surveying, Project Management)
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-side environment (placement or post-grad experience considered)
  • Exposure to fit-out / refurbishment projects is desirable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop professionally
