We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our growing Property Management team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high-profile, mixed-use commercial portfolio across the North of England, working with institutional investors, pension funds, and private clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead the delivery of a data-led, customer-focused property management service, ensuring assets are performing at their highest potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-let commercial assets (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including facilities management, finance, surveying, and ESG specialists
- Take full ownership of asset performance, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
- Oversee service charge budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
- Drive ESG initiatives and support carbon reduction strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development, pitches, and client retention strategies
- MRICS qualified
- Proven experience managing large, complex commercial portfolios
- Strong track record in team leadership and people management
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
