Colliers is looking for a Graduate Residential Surveyor to join our London Residential Valuation & Advisory team. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced valuers, work on real client instructions from day one, and build a strong foundation in the London residential market.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting flats, houses, and small residential investment blocks across London and the South East
- Supporting valuation reports for lenders, investors, developers, and private clients
- Researching comparable evidence and understanding market trends
- Learning how valuations are put together and reported in line with best practice
- Working closely with senior surveyors who will guide and mentor you
This role is designed to help you build confidence, technical skills, and market knowledge quickly.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and keen to learn. You will ideally have:
- A RICS-accredited degree (completed or currently studying)
- A genuine interest in residential property and valuation
- A willingness to ask questions and learn on the job
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with data
If your degree or placement experience has been more commercial-focused, that’s absolutely fine — we are happy to support your move into residential valuation.
