Role Summary
Reporting into the EMEA Chief People Officer, the EMEA People, Culture & Engagement Lead will sit within the EMEA People & Culture team based in London. This is a high-impact, regional role responsible for bringing Colliers’ people, culture and transformation agenda to life across EMEA. The role leads the development and execution of compelling internal and external narratives that strengthen engagement, enhance our employer brand, and support business growth.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to drive a consistent, compelling and data-led approach to employee engagement, employer branding and internal communications across EMEA. The role is accountable for shaping how Colliers is experienced by employees and perceived by external talent—ensuring alignment to our values, strengthening connection to our purpose, and supporting the attraction, development and retention of high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Brand & Talent Positioning
- Lead and evolve Colliers’ employer brand across EMEA, ensuring a consistent and differentiated external narrative
- Develop and deliver innovative recruitment marketing campaigns aligned to hiring priorities
- Leverage storytelling, digital platforms, AI-enabled tools and media channels to showcase culture, ESG commitments and growth ambitions
- Own and deliver the regional employer brand awards strategy
- Employee Engagement & Listening Strategy
- Own and deliver the EMEA engagement agenda, including the annual engagement survey
- Drive participation, insight generation and actionable in-country follow-through
- Support broader listening strategies including pulse surveys and leadership 360 feedback (e.g. Viva Glint)
- Learning & Development Communications
- Support branding and communications for EMEA learning and development programmes
- Ensure high-quality delivery of communications, materials and learning packs
- Drive engagement through targeted campaigns for employees and People Leaders
- Internal Communications & Change
- Design and deliver multi-channel internal communication strategies aligned to business priorities
- Act as a strategic communications partner on key transformation and change initiatives
- Support the adoption and impact of key platforms (e.g. People+) through effective communication and engagement
- People & Culture Team Positioning
- Shape and deliver internal communications for the EMEA People & Culture function
- Support key leadership communications including CPO updates, community calls and leadership forums
- Enable knowledge sharing and best practice across the EMEA People community
- Recruitment Marketing (Senior Talent)
- Partner with EMEA Talent Acquisition to strengthen attraction strategies for senior and specialist talent
- Drive innovative approaches to candidate engagement (e.g. data insights, referrals, personalisation)
- Manage and optimise careers platforms to enhance candidate experience and conversion
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with regional People, Marketing and senior leadership teams
- Align and scale best practices across markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Build capability and strengthen the visibility and impact of the People & Culture function across EMEA

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement or related fields
- Experience operating in a regional or global, matrixed organisation
- Strong track record of delivering communication and engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at leadership level
- Familiarity with engagement tools (e.g. Viva Glint) and digital communication platforms
- Experience working closely with Talent Acquisition and/or Marketing teams is highly desirable
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is preferred
