Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types. The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a Property Management Accountant to support our Occupier Services clients by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with company best practices and client requirements. This role will involve managing a client portfolio, working closely with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal teams, while continuously improving accounting processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the property management system (Tramps)
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to clients on time
  • Reconcile accounts, including rent and service charge balances
  • Raise and manage lease charges and tenant invoices
  • Process payments to landlords and transfer rent receipts to clients
  • Monitor arrears and support credit control activities
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Produce funding requests and financial analysis using Excel
  • Respond to queries from clients, landlords, and tenants
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Estates, Cashiering, and Credit Control
  • Attend client meetings (online and in person)
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as required
