Colliers is a global leader in commercial real estate services, providing strategic solutions to occupiers, developers, and investors at local, national, and international levels. Our services include brokerage sales and leasing, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing, and research. We operate across core sectors such as office, industrial, retail, and hotel, as well as a range of specialised property types. Colliers UK is headquartered in London, with over 1,300 professionals across 16 offices in the UK and Ireland.

The London Capital Markets team is looking for two highly motivated, creative, and analytical individuals to join us in a newly envisioned support capacity. While this sits at a surveyor level, we are not necessarily looking for a traditional surveyor. Instead, we want forward-thinking professionals who are eager to challenge the status quo and elevate our outputs.

In this role, you will provide critical support to our senior team (Associate Directors and Directors). For the right candidates, there is significant potential for this role to expand, ultimately forming a specialised team responsible for standard-setting analysis, reporting, and pitching across our broader "One London" initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build bespoke financial models from the ground up and run detailed, complex financial analyses to support major capital markets transactions.
  • AI & Innovation: Actively utilize and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to streamline, innovate, and enhance our current building analysis protocols.
  • Pitch & Presentation Excellence: Leverage superior PowerPoint skills to transform our already high-quality outputs, taking our client-facing materials, reports, and pitches to the next level.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with senior brokers to provide robust, data-driven insights that inform transaction strategies and advisory services.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, setting the standard for exemplary analysis and reporting across the team.
Qualifications
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional quantitative skills with a proven ability to conduct bespoke financial modelling.
  • Tech-Forward: Adept at leveraging new technologies, specifically AI, to create efficiencies and improve analytical frameworks.
  • Design & Presentation: Superior PowerPoint capabilities with a keen eye for visual storytelling and data presentation.
  • Curious & Innovative: A natural curiosity and willingness to challenge traditional methods within commercial real estate.
  • Driven & Proactive: A "hungry," self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Who Should Apply?

You do not need to be a traditional Commercial Real Estate Surveyor to excel in this role. We are casting a wide net for creative problem solvers with strong analytical backgrounds (e.g., finance, data analysis, consulting, or specialised real estate analytics) who want to make a tangible impact on a top-performing Capital Markets team.

At Colliers, we empower people to perform at their best. As a Disability Confident Employer, we want every candidate to feel welcome. If anything would help you take part in our process, such as extra time or rest breaks, step-free access, or a different interview format, please tell us in your application. You are not expected to share a diagnosis or medical history.

Colliers is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We do not discriminate based on age; disability; gender; gender reassignment; marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy and maternity; race (including colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins); religion or belief; sex; or sexual orientation.
