Colliers in London is seeking a People Advisor to join the People team on a full-time, 14-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. You will deliver operational HR support across the employee lifecycle and assist People Partners in employee relations activities, ensuring processes are administered accurately and in line with policy and employment law.
You may oversee a client group of around 120 employees, coordinating case work, documentation and first-line HR guidance.
