We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our growing Property Management team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high‑profile, mixed‑use commercial portfolio across the North of England, working with institutional investors, pension funds, and private clients. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the delivery of a data‑led, customer‑focused property management service, ensuring assets are performing at their highest potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of multi‑let commercial assets (office, retail, industrial, mixed‑use)
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including facilities management, finance, surveying, and ESG specialists
  • Take full ownership of asset performance, ensuring properties are: Safe, compliant, and well‑maintained; Competitive and market‑leading; Delivering a modern occupier experience
  • Oversee service charge budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
  • Drive ESG initiatives and support carbon reduction strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to business development, pitches, and client retention strategies
