Colliers is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Systems Administrator to support our Tramps property management system and Proactis P2P platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our Property Management and Finance teams, ensuring data accuracy, smooth operations, and best-in-class service delivery for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining Tramps and Proactis P2P, including user access, system performance, and issue resolution
- Overseeing lease data management, including rent reviews, expiries, and updates
- Supporting data uploads and integration from Lease Factory to Tramps
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and properties, including bulk data migration
- Handling purchase order and invoice queries and supporting Accounts Payable processes
- Producing regular reports and insights on lease charges, system performance, and financial processes
- Working closely with Credit Control, Treasury, and Property Management teams to resolve queries
- Supporting system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience in systems administration, ideally within property management or finance
- Working knowledge of Tramps and/or Proactis P2P (or similar systems)
- Strong understanding of data management and processes
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
- The Right to Work in the UK
