Responsibilities
- Undertaking valuations across a range of commercial property sectors, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets.
- Producing Red Book-compliant reports for a variety of purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, and strategic advisory.
- Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to team development.
- Collaborating with wider business lines to support cross-service client delivery.
Qualifications
- Qualification: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Experience: in property valuations, ideally with experience in commercial.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of property valuation techniques, market analysis, and the ability to interpret complex property data.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
