We are continuing to build our Flexible & Managed Workspace capability within the London Offices division and are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Surveyor / Associate to join the team. With over 350,000 sq ft of prime flexible and managed workspace instructions currently under active marketing, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a growing and highly visible specialism. The team advises some of the UK’s leading landlords while also working closely with flexible office operators to deliver best-in-class leasing and advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Leasing flexible and managed workspace across Central London, acting on behalf of landlord‑owned and operated assets.
- Advising on assets where Colliers provides a hybrid agency solution, representing both conventional fitted / CAT A+ space and flex / managed workspace.
- Navigating the increasing overlap between fitted and flexible requirements, with a strong understanding of the commercial, operational, and leasing dynamics of both.
- Identifying and engaging occupiers through multiple routes, including:
- Traditional occupier advisory agents and the Colliers global network
- Marketing platforms and direct enquiries
- Flexible office brokers, platforms (e.g. Valve), and operator‑led channels
- Proven experience leasing flexible or managed workspace, either:
- In a disposal / agency role, or
- In a sales role within a flexible office operator
- Experience as an agency leasing surveyor in commercial office space.
- Exposure to flexible and managed workspace, including understanding operators and broker networks.
- Could include sales experience on a large operator team or working alongside flex brokers.
- Proven experience advising and transacting with clients at varying seniority levels.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to grow a developing business line.
