This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, analysis, construction projects, and property markets while gaining valuable industry experience and professional development within a leading global real estate firm. Please note: this role is based in Birmingham, and candidates should be able to regularly attend our Birmingham office.
About the Role
As an Apprentice within our Monitoring Team, you will support experienced professionals who provide independent monitoring services on development and construction projects across the UK. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of real estate and development projects, learning how to assess project performance, analyse financial information, monitor construction progress, and provide reporting to clients and lenders. This role offers a fantastic foundation for a long-term career within property, construction, development, or real estate consultancy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Monitoring Team with project reporting and administration.
- Assisting with the analysis of development and construction project data.
- Reviewing project documentation and financial information.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and client correspondence.
- Maintaining project records and databases.
- Supporting site visits and project monitoring activities where required.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent client service.
- Developing an understanding of the real estate, development, and construction sectors.
