We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Management Accounts Assistant to join our Treasury Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional and client-focused property environment. You will support the Team Leader and Client Accountants in delivering high-quality property management accounting services to our occupier clients. The role involves day-to‑day portfolio administration, financial processing, and regular liaison with tenants, landlords, and internal surveying teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the provision of property management accounting services to occupier clients.
- Support the day‑to‑day management of client portfolios.
- Maintain and update the Property Management database (Tramps).
- Manage invoice processing via our scanning system (Alusta).
- Reconcile rent and service charge invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor shared client email inboxes and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords via telephone and email.
- Provide general administrative support, including electronic filing and ad‑hoc team assistance.
- Work closely with London and regional surveying colleagues to support portfolio activity.
- Represent the company in a professional and client‑focused manner at all times.
- Ideally educated to A‑Level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, detail‑oriented, and methodical approach to work.
- A positive, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to apply common sense.
