The role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Colliers Licensed & Leisure team in Birmingham. We provide valuation and lease advice to owners, lenders, and investors on all types of leisure assets including pubs, restaurants, gyms, cinemas, and experiential leisure property. Working as part of a small team covering the East and West Midlands, northern Home Counties and Wales, this opportunity will suit a motivated and ambitious individual and offers a competitive remuneration package and un-capped bonus scheme.
Skills:
- The successful candidate will work with colleagues in Birmingham with owners, occupiers and landlords.
- You will be fully supported in developing your role and expertise as part of an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial team with good prospects for career development.
- The role includes dealing with Lease Advisory matters within the Licensed & Leisure and Retail markets.
- Assisting in the development of a Licensed & Leisure valuation business from the Birmingham office.
- Assisting in the valuation of Licensed & Leisure portfolio projects.
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of Licensed & Leisure premises.
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified or over 3 years’ experience.
- Experience of advising Lease Advisory issues in the Leisure or retail sectors.
- Experience of Red Book Valuations.
- Must possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Must exhibit good organisation and time management skills.
- Have sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
