Job Description

Kickstart Your Career in PR & Communications

Are you wanting to dive into the world of PR, marketing, and digital media? We’re on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and supportive team as a PR & Communications Coordinator.

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of areas including public relations, content creation, social media, digital marketing, design, and more. No specific experience? No problem! We’re all about finding the right fit – someone who’s eager to learn, full of ideas, and ready to grow. We’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) and requires the individual to be on-site in our Auckland CBD office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and posting content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Supporting internal and external communications, including newsletters and announcements
  • Helping with video content creation and event support
  • Writing for our website and assisting with digital campaigns
  • Learning the ropes of marketing tools and platforms
  • Collaborating with a passionate team that loves what they do

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A great communicator with strong writing skills
  • A tertiary qualification in communications or related field. You may be a recent graduate or current student.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with others
  • An interest in the property industry is a bonus – but not essential!
