Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types. The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1300 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.
Based in our Birmingham or Leeds office, the Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, Professional Services, will play a key leadership role within our specialist property consultancy team, delivering expert landlord and tenant advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio. In addition, from time to time the candidate will be expected to undertake valuations, albeit this will be in a supporting role and ancillary to the Landlord & Tenant case load. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills. Sector-specific experience is advantageous, although guidance and support will be provided. Travel throughout the UK will be required, although most travel will be regionally focused across the Midlands and North. Therefore, a full UK driving licence is required.
