Job Description
Are you able to manage valuations for real estate portfolios, individual assets, land and non-performing loans? Is Valuation in the Real estate sector your passion? Do you like data analysis and controlling? Do you value accurate reports?
Who You Are
You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to learn the valuation process, timing, and assumption. Plus, you'll be a member of a small collaborative team and you will learn to manage the evaluation process and reports.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics
- 1-3 years experience in RE field
- Strong interest in the Real Estate field
- Familiar with evaluation process
- B2 English level
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
- Good attitude to teamwork
- Available for inspections throughout Italy
- Nice to have: reporting activity experience
