We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to join our Business Valuation team as an Associate Director / Director. This senior role is responsible for driving strategic growth, cultivating high-value client relationships, and leading business development initiatives across Hong Kong and the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and execute business development strategies to expand valuation services across IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and capital markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, listed companies, financial institutions, and law firms to position our valuation expertise as a trusted solution.
- Market Expansion: Identify emerging opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and sectors in Hong Kong and Asia.
- Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Oversee preparation of high-impact proposals, pitch materials, and client engagement documentation to showcase our capabilities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of regulatory developments, IPO processes, and market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in professional services, financial advisory, or investment banking, with exposure to PRC enterprises preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Director.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing high‐value deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IPO processes, valuation methodologies, and financial instruments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills with a strong business acumen.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
