Join our Government Valuation & Advisory Services team based in either of our Melbourne CBD, or Sydney CBD offices and take the next big step toward a career that matters. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate, or a thirdâyear student to join our team as an Assistant Valuer to learn from the best. You will work alongside our national team of industryâleading valuers who will mentor you every step of the way.
As part of our Government & Legal Valuation and Advisory division, you will gain handsâon experience with complex, highâprofile projects, a variety of asset classes and significant property portfolios. Your work will help shape decisions on some of the cityâs most iconic assets.
You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including:
- Collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence
- Completion of cash flow models
- Compilation of reports
This role is offered on a partâtime equivalent basis, with the opportunity to become a full-time role in the future.
Qualifications
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Currently studying or recently completed tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
- Proactive and selfâmotivated â keen to add value to the team.
Your strong numerical analysis and problemâsolving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
