Colliers is seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Occupier Services team in Wellington. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned property professional to take the next step in their career, leading with impact, delivering excellence, and shaping the future of property management. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients, delivering strategic property and facilities management solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Champion strategic lease and portfolio management programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
