Job Description
Based in our North Sydney office, this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills & accounts background in this autonomous role. You\’ll be supporting a driven and dynamic team on our exciting client portfolio within a fast paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Validation and review of lease documents.
- Manage change of landlord and payee detailsincluding validation and system updates.
- Administer accounts payableand receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.
- General liaison with client and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Property sector.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
- The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.
