Principali ResponsabilitĂ
- Amministrazione Fondi – Supporto nella predisposizione delle Relazioni di Gestione dei Fondi, previa verifica ed integrazione dei dati e delle informazioni fornite dall’outsourcer contabile (supervisione della contabilità generale, verifica e integrazione degli accantonamenti periodici e, in generale, delle scritture di assestamento e chiusura).
- Supporto nella predisposizione dei reporting periodici in lingua inglese richiesti per alcuni Fondi gestiti.
- Gestione dei rapporti con gli outsourcers.
- Altre attivitĂ di rendicontazione.
- Finanziamenti Fondi – supporto nella fase di gestione di tutti gli adempimenti legati alla conclusione e stipula dei contratti di finanziamento e delle attività post-closing.
- Supporto nel calcolo dei covenants finanziari e generali.
- Supporto negli adempimenti normativi verso le autoritĂ di vigilanza.
- Cash management – (pagamenti, monitoraggio crediti, ecc.) per tutti i Fondi in gestione.
Qualifiche Competenze Richieste
- Laurea magistrale in ambito economico e finanziario.
- Conoscenze contabili, bilancistiche e conoscenza delle procedure di calcolo NAV.
- Conoscenze di base delle normative di Banca d’Italia e della UE in tema di gestione collettiva del risparmio.
- Pregressa esperienza in SGR immobiliari o di Private Equity nello stesso ruolo o esperienza in societĂ di revisione big-four di almeno 2/3 anni.
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato.
