Zur Unterstützung unseres Valuation-Teams am Standort Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Senior /Consultant (m/w/d).
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Bewertung von Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien auf Basis nationaler und internationaler Verfahren
- Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen
- Erstellung von Ankaufsgutachten, Development Appraisals und Szenarioanalysen
- Auswertung wirtschaftlicher und immobilienspezifischer Daten
- Erstellung von Marktwertgutachten
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare immobilienspezifische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige (2-3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienbewertung
- Motiviert, teamorientiert, flexibel und belastbar
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insb. MS-Excel, Argus Enterprise und/oder LORA wünschenswert)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Immobilienbewertung
