We are looking for an experienced, dedicated results-driven Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams effectively.

As a Facilities Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations, training and developing commercial cleaners to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and driving sales to maximise profitability within the company.

Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges are required to ensure the daily business activities run smoothly.

The role requires a 6am start, Monday to Friday, managing 20+ staff and covering 10-15 customer sites.
