With a track record of success and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join us in driving our growth.

As an experienced Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by selling our products and services to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team and management to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers and their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the sports and amenity market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • BASIS / FACTS qualifications preferred, although not essential.
