Colliding Materials is developing next-generation graphite composite technology for applications across electronics, sustainable energy storage, and EVs. Today, UK industry relies heavily on imported graphite materials, toxic solvent processes, and inefficient production economics. Our patent-pending technology aims to deliver higher-quality graphite composites at significantly lower cost and with a more scalable manufacturing approach. The company has already secured Innovate UK grant backing and developed technology that is approaching commercial readiness. We are now entering the next stage: customer traction, investor engagement, and commercial scale-up.

We’re seeking an ambitious commercial leader to work alongside the founder and Chief Innovation Officer to help:

  • Engage investors and support fundraising efforts
  • Develop commercial partnerships and early customer relationships
  • Build a go-to-market strategy
  • Help recruit an early-stage team
  • Shape the company’s growth into a scalable deep-tech business

This is initially an equity-based role with substantial upside potential through vested ownership. Salary is expected following investment and commercial milestones.
