The Role
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls, producing precision components to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls (online/offline)
- Setting and operating 3/4/5-axis CNC mills
- Interpreting engineering drawings and producing components to tight tolerances
- Selecting appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds
- Conducting in-process inspection using measuring equipment
- Problem-solving and making programme adjustments to optimise efficiency
- Working independently while maintaining high quality standards
