Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at their Winchester site. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and is passionate about driving performance.
The Role
As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing production activities to ensure output targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and motivate a workshop team, monitor workflow, and act as the key link between shop floor operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, organise and motivate production staff to meet output targets
- Allocate tasks, manage rotas and support team development through training and performance management
- Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity
- Oversee inspection and maintenance of production equipment
- Enforce health, safety and environmental compliance across the workshop
