This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plans across the DACH, NEUR and APAC regions to drive demand generation, land new logos, and achieve new business pipeline targets.
- Develop and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with sales — identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts, personalizing engagement across channels, and accelerating pipeline progression within target accounts.
- Translate global campaigns into regional digital and engagement roadmaps, providing strategic direction based on EMEA industry frameworks and market dynamics.
- Align with GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to develop EMEA field marketing priorities and multi-channel plans using a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, delivering insights that optimize strategies and investments to maximize ROI against revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Field, Partner, or Channel Marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
- Proven track record delivering regional demand generation programs that achieve pipeline targets, with measurable results across top, mid, and bottom of funnel.
- Experience developing and executing ABM programs, including partnering with sales to define target account lists and drive personalized engagement at scale.
- Cross-functional program management experience executing integrated marketing programs, including with enterprise partners such as SAP, Google Cloud, or GSIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting marketing strategy and performance to senior stakeholders and customer audiences.
- Native proficiency in German.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
Measures of success:
- Within your first month, complete onboarding, build key relationships with EMEA GTM leaders and cross-functional marketing partners, and conduct an audit of current EMEA field marketing programs and pipeline performance.
- Within your third month, own and execute your first regional marketing program, partner with sales to define and align on the ABM target account strategy, and begin contributing measurably to the EMEA pipeline.
- Within your sixth month, deliver measurable progress against EMEA pipeline targets, maintain a full regional marketing calendar, and demonstrate ABM-driven improvements in target account engagement and pipeline progression.
