We are seeking a motivated and friendly positive Poolside Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support swim instructors, ensure a safe pool environment, and enhance the overall experience for our swim school participants., Assist swim instructors with class preparations and welcoming new customers.

Monitor pool area to ensure safety and adherence to rules.

Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable in a swimming pool environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required.

Swimming background (swimming club) is prefered but not required.
Experience
Ideally 1+ year in customer service.
