The Role: As our Senior Marketing Executive, you will drive our marketing efforts working closely with the Marketing Manager at our Bradford office. You will own a large share of hands-on delivery, from content creation and project capture through to website management and performance reporting. This highly collaborative role puts you at the centre of showcasing our business across all departments. You will work at pace, thrive on variety and be involved in everything, with real opportunity for progression and development within a small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver social media activity with responsibility for content creation, scheduling and day-to-day channel management, primarily LinkedIn
- Produce internal and external newsletters communicating company updates, projects and key developments
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with ongoing activity
- Track and report on social media and website performance, contributing insights to regular marketing meetings
- Help plan and deliver company events and external exhibitions throughout the year
- Write content including award submissions, press releases and case studies for an industry-focused audience
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and capture project content, including attending site visits where required
- Contribute to organic and paid SEO activity using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
You:
- At least 3 years' marketing experience with proven expertise across social media, content creation, website management and digital marketing
- Experience using a CMS such as WordPress to update pages and manage content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with proven ability to produce professional, on-brand assets
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with the Marketing Manager and wider teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A genuine interest in transport and logistics with willingness to learn and develop your understanding
