Collen are seeking to recruit an Access Coins ERP System Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controllers, you will be assigned the full ownership and accountability for all modules in Access Coins for all Collen companies. The position will support and participate in Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual reporting processes. This will be a dynamic role offering exposure across all business units with a close working relationship with our Finance, Procurement, Plant, Payroll, Commercial and Project Delivery Teams.

Requirements:

  • Desirable third level qualification in a relevant field, however not necessary if sufficient experience prevails.
  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP System Administration with at least 2 years focused on Access Coins.
  • In-depth knowledge of system configuration, data maintenance / database management and security protocols.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced role, across several workstreams and to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised, reliable, self-motivated and solution driven, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a high-performance team across all entities.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with commercial awareness.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
  • High standard of written and spoken English required to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Available to travel to all company locations if required.
