As Finance & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go‑to person keeping our finances and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. From handling Xero reconciliations, payroll, bulk invoicing, and payments to managing office suppliers, staff systems, and supporting member events, this is a genuinely varied role where your work directly supports university sport nationwide.

You’ll have real ownership spotting improvements, streamlining processes, and seeing your ideas make an immediate difference - all while working in a friendly, inclusive team that values development and new perspectives.
