Salary: £25,749 - £26,149 PER ANNUM

Hours: 37 HOURS PER WEEK

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Property Services Department on the front line of the College.
  • Act as a lead ambassador, meeting students, colleagues, visitors and dignitaries who may require assistance.
  • Work as a team member to maintain high campus standards, ensuring a clean, safe and comforting environment.
  • Operate on a shift pattern Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends), with shifts starting at 06:30 and finishing by 21:30.

We are a successful, community‑focused FE College based in the East of England. Our Property Services team has grown steadily in recent years, and we offer an extensive training package together with supportive teams.
