Responsibilities
- Represent the Property Services Department on the front line of the College.
- Act as a lead ambassador, meeting students, colleagues, visitors and dignitaries who may require assistance.
- Work as a team member to maintain high campus standards, ensuring a clean, safe and comforting environment.
- Operate on a shift pattern Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends), with shifts starting at 06:30 and finishing by 21:30.

We are a successful, community‑focused FE College based in the East of England. Our Property Services team has grown steadily in recent years, and we offer an extensive training package together with supportive teams.
