JOB TITLE: PROGRAMME MANAGER - HAIR AND BEAUTY

LOCATION: KING'S LYNN AND WISBECH

HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK

SALARY: Β£45,161 - Β£49,094 PER ANNUM

Due to internal progression we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lecturer to lead our Hair and Beauty team across both the King's Lynn and Wisbech campuses.

You'll oversee a well-regarded and experienced team offering courses from level 1 to 3 including hairdressing, barbering, beauty and media make up as well as offering alternative GCSE provision for a local secondary academy. We have fantastic facilities where our learners gain experience in industry standard settings. We have recently joined forces with L'Oreal to become an accredited academy and offer commercial services to the local community and college staff, allowing our students to develop the required specialism in the sector.

We regularly attend, and excel at, competitions nationally such as World Skills, AHT and Concept.

We are determined to continue to grow and develop our provision to meet local needs, work closely with employers to establish meaningful work experience and ensure that our students are ready for success in their chosen future career.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving hair and beauty team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
