DURATION: 10 AUGUST 2026 - 30 SEPTEMBER 2026

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF THIS ROLE WILL BE SOLELY BASED AT OUR KING'S LYNN CAMPUS FOR TRAINING PURPOSES.

We have numerous roles available across all of our campuses during the summer period (from 10 August - mid‑September; preferably the end of the month) to help support enrolling over 3,000 learners for the new academic year.

We're looking for hard‑working, organised and friendly people who have recently studied at further or higher education level to enrol our students. Enrolment is much more than just printing off an ID card and giving a student a lanyard; you'll be allocated a caseload of students to support through the enrolment process – from collating a photo of them and their grades, assessing their circumstances to confirm course fees, reviewing their grade profile to confirm they've met the entry requirements, all the way through to working closely with the admissions team to ensure late applicants have a smooth transition into college.

Whilst the role is a casual post, there will be at least 37 hours available for each staff member each week and there will be opportunities to work in the evening and weekend.

At the start of the role (from 10th – 14th August) you will be based at the King's Lynn campus. After that point, you'll work at the Wisbech Campus to administer the face‑to‑face element of enrolment – meeting new students, completing paperwork and printing off their ID card.

Once the face‑to‑face enrolments start, it becomes fast‑paced and you must be flexible and able to remain composed in challenging situations.

We are a successful, community‑focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Student Services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

BENEFITS: We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year for support staff, plus five College closure days, plus Bank Holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle‑to‑work scheme. CWA focuses on staff well‑being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well‑being committee and access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme as well as comprehensive training and development.
