This is an exciting opportunity to gain marketing event experience as part of an experienced, established team. As Marketing Co-ordinator – Events, you will lead the planning and delivery of a range of events across the academic year. These events include our prestigious graduation, our staff and student awards and other celebratory events. The role is also responsible for coordinating most of our first line recruitment events such as open days, which form the important first impression of potential students and their influencers. This is a hands‑on role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution, requiring someone who can build strong relationships, is driven to ensure the best customer experience, and ensures all events align with the organisation's objectives and brand values.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of events across the academic year, including graduation, awards, and celebratory events.
  • Coordinate first‑line recruitment events such as open days to create a positive first impression for potential students and influencers.
  • Combine strategic planning with creative execution to ensure events align with organisational objectives and brand values.
