Our Endeavour programme creates a supportive and positive learning environment which is intended to develop study skills, as well as raise attainment and self-confidence for our learners. The Endeavour team work with colleagues across CWA to provide our learners with employability skills, personal development and help them on their path to further study or employment. This is a chance to make a real difference to young people who have had difficulties in their educational career.
