CWA are recruiting for new Lecturers to join our Foundation team based at our King's Lynn campus. Our Foundation learning provision supports learners from pre‑entry to Level 1. The Bluebird Programme offers autistic students opportunities to develop confidence, communication, life skills, and experience required to progress onto further study or employment. All courses support young people with learning differences to develop independence, social skills, and confidence to access further education or employment. We recognise that all learners have differing needs and our continued growth in student numbers is a testament to the high‑quality support we provide. Our Foundation students are an important part of the community at CWA. The team is passionate about learners and ensures they have access to the best opportunities. We pride ourselves on work‑life balance and actively support job‑share and flexible working.
