Are you a qualified electrician looking for a change? Or perhaps already working in a training or lecturing role and looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about training and inspiring the next generation of electricians? Do you want a role where you can achieve a great work-life balance? Then this is the role for you.

We are presently in search of an experienced electrician. The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in line with the latest UK regulations. The preferred candidate should possess a background in onsite electrical installation, ideally with commercial and industrial knowledge but this is not essential.

The technology faculty boasts superb facilities and resources including fully equipped high quality workshops to truly enable our learners to hone their skills. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving technology team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience. Previous candidates need not apply.
