Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £45,161 – £49,094 FTE

Overview: Here at the College of West Anglia we are proud of our Early Years and Childcare provision. We offer courses ranging from Level 1, apprenticeships, and T Levels through to degree across our Kings Lynn and Wisbech campuses. Our learners range from 14‑16 through to adult learners. As Programme Manager for the area you will work closely with your team to ensure that our learners have access to the highest quality of education to enable them to succeed in their chosen careers. This is a challenging role, with no two days ever being the same. Our Childcare and Early Years team are truly passionate about their work, their enthusiasm, tenacity and dedication to their learners is second to none. You will lead and inspire them, helping to shape and develop our vision for the continued growth of opportunities within the field.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a degree level qualification in early years or primary education and hold a minimum of a level 5 teaching qualification. You must have experience of working in post 16 education, as well as leading a team.
