Are you an experienced and qualified Counselling Lecturer looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of counsellors? Then this could be the role for you.

Due to the continued success and growth of our counselling courses, we are looking for an additional experienced Lecturer to join our team across the King’s Lynn and Wisbech campuses. We have thriving level 2 to 4 courses and plan to offer degree courses in counselling at College of West Anglia to further develop our counselling provision.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role where they can truly give something back to the profession. You will primarily deliver on our level 4 class; however, you may be required to support modules on both level 2 and 3.

You must be a practising counsellor, holding professional registration (such as BACP) to meet our examining body requirements, and hold a minimum of a degree level counselling qualification, have a minimum of two years experience and hold a teaching qualification.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not be made at point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
